Service Terms
Cancellation Policy
Monthly retainer agreements require 30 days written notice for cancellation. Services will continue through the end of the current billing period. Notice must be sent to michael@revmatic.io.
Refund Policy
Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced for the billing period. If services are cancelled mid-month with proper notice, any unused portion of the following month's retainer will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a service dispute, clients should contact michael@revmatic.io within 30 days. We will work in good faith to resolve all concerns. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada.
Service Delivery
Services are provided on a monthly retainer basis. Deliverables and timelines are outlined in individual service agreements. We maintain professional standards and provide regular reporting on campaign performance and lead generation metrics.
